  • Log in to the store or create an account if it is your first time shopping.
  • Choose your items from one of the product categories and click Add to Cart.
  • Click Proceed to Checkout and enter your account and shipping information.
  • Review and submit your order.

Items will be shipped via FedEx home delivery. You can select your shipping option during the checkout process.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include the order number for the purchase.

NOTE: On-Demand or Made-to-Order merchandise is considered a custom item and is not returnable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Return Labels

Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is your responsibility to pay the costs of return shipping on general returns and exchanges. If the item you are returning was sent in error, please reach out to [email protected] as a return label may be provided.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing, once the return arrives at our fulfillment center. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and processed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for new and unused items within 15 days of the purchase.

NOTE: On-Demand or Made-to-Order merchandise is considered a custom item and is not returnable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping for the returned and new items on exchanges. The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and then place a new order. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will get the new product quickly and that it will not go out of stock while you wait for an exchange.
